However, we understand that at times, there may be a requirement to refund. Be sure to know that you’re fully protected by a 100% money-back return policy on select products from JennyStevensCoaching.com


There will be no refunds or credits for setup fees, partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. No exceptions.


Here’s how it works…


Front-End Products

If you are dissatisfied at any time during your first 30 days of purchasing any of my on-demand digital products, simply submit a refund request to https://jennystevenscoaching.com/contact and select Submit a Refund Request category in the form and we ask for you share your reason for your refund to help us in the future. Alternatively, you can send an email to support@jennystevenscoaching.com


Please also ensure you delete any content, including templates, videos, worksheets, audio and text files you obtained from us and then ask for a full refund. You will get your money back within 7 working days.


Hypnotherapy (RTT) & Energy Clearing Sessions

There are no refunds on any mindset transformation of energy clearing sessions. Due to the nature of the sessions, if we have completed your session, there are no refunds allowed. You do have 14 days BEFORE your session to request a refund before any sessions have been completed.


Courses

Mid-higher priced digital courses may have a requirement in order for refunds to be granted. Such as showing proof of how much content you consumed, what work you implemented before your refund will be considered. The final decision is down to Jenny Stevens based on the requirements set for the individual course or program. 


We may offer additional support with calls or resources in order to help you if you are stuck or need some extra support before refunds will be granted. This will be discussed on an individual basis from your request.


Coaching

Power Hour Coaching can only be refunded BEFORE your session. No refunds will be allowed after our session has completed as this is a payment for my time.

No refunds will be granted for Coaching & Consulting programs. All sales are final.


Cancellations

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after going through your request. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. We will confirm your refund has been processed via email


Once your refund has been processed, your access to any members/course areas will be revoked immediately, unless a subscription based product where you will remain until the end of the month of your billing cycle.


JennyStevensCoaching.com has the right to change the refund policy at any time, but it will be reflected on future orders, not past orders.

 

Guarantee starts from the purchase date. Refund requests after the refund policy has expired are not subject to a refund and a refund will not be issued.

Please also ensure you delete any content, including templates, videos, worksheets, audio and text files you obtained from us and then ask for a full refund.


Your refund payment will be processed within 7 days.


Refund requests with expired cards may be subject to alternative means of repayment. We will contact you in this case to obtain a different card.

 

To serve you and other customers better in the future, we request that you inform us of your reason for a refund. We want to ensure satisfaction and value and pride ourselves on delivering a top service. Any feedback we can take to improve things will be welcomed.

 

Please remember that asking for a refund but continuing to use products purchased from us is the same thing as stealing and may also violate applicable intellectual property rights law.


Force Majeure

We, our principals, employees, and agents shall not be liable for failure to perform any of our obligations under this policy during any period in which we cannot perform due to fire, earthquake, flood, or other natural disaster, epidemic, pandemic, explosion, casualty, war, terrorism, embargo, riot, civil disturbance, act of public enemy, or the intervention of any government authority, or similar cause beyond our control.


This Policy and Customer Agreements

Any customer agreement between us supersedes this policy to the extent there is any conflict with the terms and conditions of the customer agreement.


GDPR Fees

Any fees charged to process a request made under Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), whether the processing is voluntary or by legal mandate, are not eligible for a refund.
