This agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Jenny Stevens at JJ Stevens Ltd, a UK company with its principal place of business at Dorset, England, United Kingdom (the "Company"), and YOU as the Affiliate.

Please be sure to read the affiliate terms to ensure you follow any rules for promoting my products.

Purpose.

The Company has developed certain digital products and courses, which is being given permission to promote and sell through the efforts of, you, the Affiliate. These are intended for online business owners such as coaches, course creators, service based businesses who want to simplify and streamline their business and be made easier and more enjoyable.

Affiliate Relationship.

The Affiliate shall promote the Product using the links and promotional materials provided by the Company inside of the Affiliate area in Thrivecart or using the brand and product promotion guidelines.

Commission.

In exchange for each sale of the Product made through the Affiliate's efforts, the Company shall pay the Affiliate a commission of 30% of the sale price on select products. This includes any recurring payments for subscriptions or payment plans, unless specified as different.

Higher priced programs or services may have different amounts which will be displayed clearly.

Payment.

Payments shall be made by the Company to the Affiliate after 14 days of the sale for instant products with no refunds. Any products where there is a 30 day refund, payment will be made after the 30 day period has completed. Payment shall be made via PayPal unless specified differently.

You will need to ensure you have logged into your Affiliate account inside of Thrivecart to provide your PayPal email address in order for payments to be made.

Advertising Guidelines.

The Affiliate shall promote the Product only to countries approved and available in the checkout. No advertising using spam tactics, unsolicited emails. The Affiliate shall not use any misleading or deceptive advertising or make any false claims regarding the Product.

The company has provided some promotional materials such as product graphics. These are not to be recreated or adjusted, but you as the affiliate are given permission to make your own social media graphics using these images.

If you intend to do any large volume of advertising, please submit a written request first to support@jennystevenscoaching.com to ensure that volume can be supported with systems, processes and customer support.

Intellectual Property Rights

• Ownership and Use: All materials provided by Jenny Stevens & JJ Stevens Ltd. are exclusively owned by Jenny Stevens & JJ Stevens Ltd. Affiliates are prohibited from claiming ownership, copying, selling, or redistributing these materials.
• Restrictions: Affiliates must not represent, modify, or use Jenny Stevens & JJ Stevens Ltd’s materials as their own. Redistribution of any materials for commercial purposes or personal gain is strictly forbidden.
• Permission for Use: Affiliates seeking to use Jenny Stevens & JJ Stevens Ltd's materials beyond the scope of this Agreement must obtain prior written consent from Jenny Stevens & JJ Stevens Ltd.
• Compliance and Consequences: Violation of these terms can result in termination of the agreement and potential legal action.

Termination.

This Agreement may be terminated by either party and failure to adhere to the guidelines above, will result in termination and commissions will not be paid out. If you wish to no longer an affiliate and close your affiliate account, please reach out to support@jennystevenscoaching.com

Liability.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. The Affiliate shall indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims arising out of the Affiliate's promotion of the Product.

Confidentiality.

The Affiliate shall keep confidential all information relating to the Company's business and the Product, and shall not disclose such information to any third party.

Jurisdiction.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of England.

Jenny Stevens @ JJ Stevens Ltd. may change the affiliate terms at any stage.

By becoming an affiliate, you, the Affiliate acknowledges that he or she has read, understands, and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
